Forrest Farms Nearly SOLD out!
I recently had a couple moving back to St. Mary's County from Japan. They wanted to buy a home and needed to find one in three days. So, before their arrival I pulled up everything on the list as well as all other per description. Total of 45 properties. Before their arrival, I previewed most of the homes, in hopes to alleviate over priced homes etc. Well, my clients arrived and I made a spread sheet on pros and cons of each and numbered them by my thoughts/experience. In order to make a correct decision, the buyers wanted to look at all 45+ properties. We Did! In the end, as most have experienced at some point in our career, they choose the first home. The reason I am writing post, is that I found a local newspaper article in"The County Times" about the subdivision and homes sales and how the builder" QBHI" have not been affected in our economy.
